
Receiver 4.12/Workspace aren't working, I haven't tried 4.10, 4.11 to work out exactly where the fault lies. Here is our setup Netscaler HA Pair NS12.1 49.37.nc Xendesktop 7.15 As of right now Receiver 4.9, etc and working fine, no issues.

To get the issue resolved, kindly post your concern If it is version 4.0 (or 14.1.0.0 for some users, you can contact support to verify what version you should be on) follow the steps to Reset Citrix Receiver. In the About section, look for the Citrix Receiver version. If you were unable to uninstall the program in safe mode, the issue could be a Citrix specific concern, and requires a technical assistance from Citrix support. Right click on Citrix Receiver and select Advanced Preferences. Kindly ensure that you are using an account with admin privileges when you uninstall the program.
